Refund/Exchange Policy

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging. however, damaged products or items not in their original packaging with attached original labels are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We transfer the money through instapay/any mobile wallet/bank accounts when we receive the package

Refund/exchange delivery, dry clean and packaging fees are 150 EGP
